Inn at Baldwin Creek Featured in VT Life Magazine.

Nestled at the foot of the Green Mountains, the Inn at Baldwin Creek reflects the unique flavor of Vermont. Our cozy, romantic bed and breakfast inn, the adventurous cuisine of Mary's at Baldwin Creek and our warm welcome offer an unforgettable Vermont experience. Owners Linda Harmon and Chef Douglas Mack have overseen this celebrated haven for over twenty-five years. Our restored 1797 Vermont farmhouse inn is the perfect setting for romantic epicurean escapes.

Twenty-five picturesque acres, midway between Burlington, Middlebury and Middlebury College, encompass manicured lawns, Vermont woodlands and pristine Baldwin Creek. This beautiful setting is ideal for casually elegant weddings and civil unions. Perennial flower and herb gardens and our organic vegetable garden supply us with flowers and fresh produce, and also offer delightful places to wander. Six red barns, including our beautiful Wedding Barn, add to the flavor of this picture-perfect Vermont setting.

"Amazing Waves of Grain in Vermont"
Dr. Heather Darby from UVM Extension shares with us her research regarding growing grains in Vermont. Beginning with a brief history of grain production in Vermont she will highlight the current UVM heirloom wheat revitalization project - including an introduction to the newly formed Northern Grain Growers Association. We will be introduced to the many factors that create challenges for grain production in our state as well as the vast opportunities. We will even have a short lesson on grain quality and its impact on baking properties. Join us for a fascinating discussion on bringing the Amber Waves of Grain back to the state of Vermont.
